Refund policy

Cancellations: You are free to cancel your order at any time bfore it ships. Once an order has been shipped, please follow the Returns guidelines below. Purchases of epubs are non-refundable.

Returns: Customers have 30 days in which they may return an order for any reason. The items must be undamaged and in their original packaging (if any). Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our digital editions. Refunds for printed items are processed immediately in cases where the order has not been shipped, or when the returned item has been received. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

Lost shipments: If you believe your order has been lost in the post, please contact us. Please include your order number in your email. Hadean Press reserves the right to refund rather than reship.

Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the unopened box with the damage and label clearly visible, as well as any damaged items, and contact Erzebet directly at erze@hadeanpress.com. We will require this evidence in order to assist you. Please include your order number in your email.
