Ordering & Shipping
Customer accounts created on our old website can still be accessed at hadeanpress.com where you can check the status of any orders placed through that site. Prior order histories were not imported to the new website.
Hadean Press Limited is IOSS compliant and collects VAT on EU orders. Orders totalling €150.00 or more will be subject to extra VAT, duty, and/or surcharges, which customers will be asked to pay once the parcel reaches their country of residence. Customs fees and import duties are separate from VAT and are not collected during checkout.
Please keep in mind that our trade editions can be found on Amazon and other online sellers, and we invite you to shop with those sellers if it will make things easier for you. On a good day, orders can take up to two weeks to reach some parts of North America, and up to four weeks to reach South America and Australia.
When pre-ordering a book, expect a two-three month wait time for shipping.
If your country of residence does not appear as a shipping option, get in touch and we will add it.

Terms & Conditions
Be kind: The people who reply to your queries are human beings. Treat them as you would wish to be treated.
Order Fulfilment: Orders are shipped from our facility in West Yorkshire. Please be aware that your order might be first in the queue, or it might be number three-hundred in the queue. Hadean Press is a family-run business. Your patience is always appreciated.
Cancellations: You are free to cancel your order at any time bfore it ships. Once an order has been shipped, please follow the Returns guidelines below. Purchases of epubs are non-refundable.
Returns: Customers have 30 days in which they may return an order for any reason. The items must be undamaged and in their original packaging (if any). Return shipping is paid for by the customer.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our digital editions. Refunds for printed items are processed immediately in cases where the order has not been shipped, or when the returned item has been received. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Lost shipments: If you believe your order has been lost in the post, please get in touch. Be sure to include your order number in your email. Hadean Press reserves the right to refund rather than reship.
Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the unopened box with the damage and label clearly visible, as well as any damaged items, and contact Erzebet directly at info@hadeanpress.com. We will require this evidence in order to assist you. Please include your order number in your email.
